TMS 63002 Steel Specification

I am quoting a Pinion Gear for Allison and the steel specification is TMS 63002, can you help me find the SAE, UNS, etc., designation for this material? The drawing calls for Carb & Hdn to 15N87 Min. with a core hardness of Rc 20.

I am quite familiar with all automotive standards and specifications, and this appears to be an internal spec from Allison or their current supplier. You should the Allison Purchasing contact for a copy of this standard.
