Need to enter a title block and have opened up every menu item but can't seem to find out how.

They call it a 'Legend' thats probably why you can't find it!!

To get to it goto...File> Page Setup >Legend.

It defaults to project name and date, but can be customised like a Header or Footer.

I hope this helps.
