Tips for LS Dyna - Crash analysis

Hello,

I am looking forward to learn LS Dyna. I am not able to understand the concept of Time step,as to how to calculate them for doing a crash analysis. Can somebody tell me more about it. It would be nice if someone tells me about GLSTAT,MATSUM,Hourglassing etc....
