Timing Belts/Pulleys

Hello,

I'm looking for a place to purchase a 1in width double sided timing belt of diameter between 27in and 28in. The pitch isn't all that important as long at it's between 3/8in and 3/4in. I also need some pulleys for that same belt. The OD needs to be as close to 2in as possible and the width needs to be 1in of course. The belt will not be carrying much load so I'm perferably looking for some pulleys made either out of plastic or aluminum.
