Can anyone tell me how to create a time varying load?

Using what analysis package?

kinetivision,

No doubt mit joel means Mechanica.

mit joel,

Yes it can be done but it depends on case study. I have recently solved such a problem in Mechanica. If you can tell the situation where you want time dependent loads I can help you.
