I need a data sheet of thyristor BRY55-300, enybody help me?
 
Did you contact the manufacturer?
 
is printed in thyristor bry55-300 a simbol with §, is this a siemens factory?
 
When looking for a datasheet try google first
enter on the search line
Part# pdf
I like to get the data sheets in pdf form so include
pdf in the part number

Most of the time I can find the datasheet.

This is an obsolete part. Google might find the part.
But I lke alltheweb.com better. Try it. It found 2 references to this number.
