I would like to control autoacad by ActiveX-Automation.
How could I extract the thumbnail of an autocad-drawing?

There was some discussion about a year ago on this matter. Either on this forum or on Cadalog. Try searching using 'blocks' and 'thumbnails'

I have DwgThumbnail.Ocx that I will send you. I don't know if it will work in A2k or not. It was designed for R14 so it might not. Leave your email address so I can forward it to you.
