Hi,
I am looking for the typical short circuit impedance and X/R ratio parameters for a three winding transformer for PV connection to grid. The voltage rating for the transformer should be 24.8kV/0.8kV/0.8kV and the power rating is 4MVA/2MVA/2MVA.
Can anyone please help me get an idea of what are the typical ranges.

Thanks!

X/R ratio for such Solar Transformers is 7-8 (impedance=6.5 %)

Oh cool, thanks! Does that mean that Zp-s, Zp-t and Zs-t are all 6.5% roughly?

No. Usually, it will be HV-LV1=HV-LV2 = 6.5 % LV1-LV2 = 12 %
