Thread View Problem

Hi,
I am having a problem with the display of threads. The problem has only just occured but i am unable to find a cause. When I model a thread on to a shaft, I do not see the thread, I have also lost the ability to 'display thread feature' within an .idw.
Any suggestions

Hi,
See whether you have turned off the "Show Reflections and Textures" option in the application options?
