Thread depth in a pocket & slot GD&T callout 2

Are thread depths the same as counter bores in there interpretation?

Is either slot callout correct?

Please view the attached pdf and let me know which are the correct callouts.



 
The depth of the thread can be interpreted either way. I have seen both and are both acceptable because they are not defined which surface is the starting surface. I always section a thread hole in this case and dim the depth.
For the slot, I would pick B.
I would also dim the slot because it's not clear if the dim is to the outside dia or the center of the dia. Either is correct by machinists because they are not defined.
