Dear Friends,
I am a new user and learning ANSYS APDL, using version 14. At the moment, I need help for a couple of issues,
1- I imported a FEM model from other preprocessor (I-deas) having thin shell parabolic triangles (6 nodes)elements, what is the ANSYS equivalent element for thin shell parabolic triangle element.
If I need to create theses elements in ANSYS preprocessing, which element I will be selecting.
2-How could the solids elements of a model be surface coated with thin shell elements, means, put al layer of shell elements over the solids using the solids elements nodes, for post processing and fast query results of the model.
