Hello,
I am looking for some advice on a material with which to mold a "brush" handle. It's a BBQ grill tool, and needs to be strong.
I want to stay completely away from having two mirrored halves for the housing- that are joined with screws like a cordless drill or toy gun- but want a sculptural, ergonomically volumed shape.
I found a scrub brush that has very thick-walled sections, and does NOT appear to be structural foam. It actually has a sort of greasy feel like Delrin. All sections are solid, and up to about .462" thick !
Have any idea what this material is?
Or do you know of a similar material that could be used to make very thick sections?
Thanks for your help.
I performed a search for this and found nothing relevant.
