Thermo vacuumpump error

I have thermo vacuumpump error on the Hv cabinet
This happened when 1 phase was disconnected from the grid.
Does somebody knows how to fix this issue.

check for all three phases at the circuit breaker/thermal relay for the vacuum pump. Disclaimer- don't electrocute yourself. reset the breaker/thermal relay

it's circuit breaker Q1 in the top back of the laser cabinet. Make sure you have all three phases. The turbo and everything else will run on single phase in some conditions.
