Thermal PC programs to represent Ostwald diagram

Hi

i need a computer program that, given the initial info (CO, CH4, etc. concentration) calculates and represents the Ostwald diagram.

Does that exist?

I used to use HYSIM. I think B-Jac (now Aspentech) purchased them.
