Thermal conductivity in a healthy bone structure

I am starting a new thermal analysis and my initial literature searches have come up empty.

I am attempting to perform an analysis featuring a healthy bone structure and an implant with an exothermic reaction.

I have been searching for a thermal conductivity value of bone with a healthy blood flow. I am convinced that this has been done before but have found no published information. My PubMed searches have come up empty.

Have any of you seen something like this done before? Maybe I am just looking in the wrong areas. Can someone here point me in the right direction?

Gotta' believe this is one for a Bio-Mechanical Engineering department. There is a professor at the University of South Alabama that did his graduate and doctoral work in healing rate of bones. His research was published through the University of Michigan or Michigan State (yes, I realize these two are bitter rivals, so my apologies to anyone offended by putting these two in the same sentence...stand by...I'm about to offend you further). He then worked as a professor at Ohio State (see, told you it would get worse!). His name is Ali Engin and he is now a professor at the University of South Alabama (USA). He may be able to help. The Mechnical Engineering office number at USA is 251-460-6168.
