thermal conductivities estimation of multilayer printed circuit boards 1

I am trying to estimate the thermal conductivity of a pc board. It has 6 copper layers and it approximately 0.06 thick. I have used the "harmonic conductivity" equations and have received varied results. When I need accuracy, that method doesnt always give it to me. I have been calculating series and parallel conductivities also receiving varying results. Any ideas out there on how to do this?
