The Riks method does not converge

I run a simple simulation for testing the Riks method, but it simply does not converge and pops the error "Too many attempts made for this increment".
Attached is the .cae file I used, can anybody help look at it? I really cannot figure out the reason why it fails.

In the Getting Started is explained how to read the message file .msg or Job Diagnostics in /CAE to find the reason for the nonconvergence.

Can any body help run the attached file and give some feedbacks?
