How to carry out only a rendering calculation with another server for CATIA V5 Photo Studio?

Use TOOLS->OPTIONS->INFRASTRUCTURE->PHOTO STUDIO->SATELLITES

You can define up to 8 networked machines as 'satellites' to share computation load. The Local Host distributes the workload to each machine, who in return send back their computed result.
