The conversion between Gauge and Micron 1

I googled two websites for conversion of gauge to micron, but one shows that 1 gauge =o.254 microns, while the other shows that 1 gauge=25.4 microns, with 1000 times difference. The two websites are listed below:

What gauge?
Wire gauge and sheet metal gauge differ. Sheet steeel differs from sheet aluminum.
