The analysis said that the structure has no unrestrained mass, but I already defined the mass in the mass source data, I have tried even setting it just to "Elemental Self Mass" but nothing happens... I already checked the materials and they have an actual density.. is there something else I should try?

maybe tell us the s/ware you're using ?

"Hoffen wir mal, dass alles gut geht !"
General Paulus, Nov 1942, outside Stalingrad after the launch of Operation Uranus.

The terms used in the OP are SAP2000 jargon, so I assume that's the software package.

It sounds like the mass is being lumped at the nodes and all of those nodes are restrained. Try the following and let us know if it worked:

1. Select at least one member.
2. Click the Edit menu, Edit Lines, Divide Frames, Divide into Specified Number of Frames, and enter "2" or more.
3. Rerun your analysis.

Step 2 should result in nodes added along the members at run time. The member line masses should get lumped at the nodes that have been added.
