Texture Files with Intralink

When I check out files from Intralink, it does not automatically check out the texture files that are associated with colors. Therefore some colors are not showing their textures. I have to check them out to my workspace manually. How do you handle texture files when using Intralink?

You can create a manual Pro/I relationship to your part, but that will only work if you check-out with 'all' as your criteria...



I've been thinking about creating a network share location that is accessible to all users where they can dump texture files (analogous to your /uploads/images/ directory). Then they would always be accessible to users...



Haven't really thought that one through yet, however ...



I'd be interested to see how others are doing it.
