Textual dimensioning of holes

You cannot do it automatically.
You will have to turn the "manipulators" on. (Tools -> Options -> Mechanical Design -> Drafting -> Manipulators)
By doing this, when you click on the dimension, there will be 2 inverted red triangles that appear. Picking them will allow you to add text.
