text and dims model to paper 1

Long time user ask if anyone has a way to copy, insert, paste or any way to move text/dims from model to paper at the correct scale factor.

Use the Express tool in autocad 2000 called
Change Space ms/ps
i believe it was released in volume 9 of the express tools

The response worked well in 2000, is there any way to do
the same thing in lite 2000.
