make sure the lifting holes are plugged. If there is ground water, gaskets between each section. Plumb and level. Manhole castings are sealed to barrel. Do not allow the roadwork guys to reset the castings without your inspection. Some peol=ple like to match the road surface with the castings by using non-standard methods, ie rocks wooden wedge.
