We intend to buy new testing equipments to our laboratory for electricity distribution network.
Can anybody help me to select what suitable testing equipments to identify the accepted technical specifications for:
1- Porcelain insulators.
2- M.V XLPE cables.
3- L.V P.V.C cables.
4- Aluminum wires.
5- Cupper wires.
6- Distribution transformers.
Thanks in advanced for any help.

safy2004,

At least in general you will need a meggar or the like for insulation resistance testing, a doble or the like for pf testing (if oil filled transformers), TTR (transformer turns ratio), a hi-pot of some sort, preferably a VLF or DC.

Neta acceptance specs lay out what tests they recommend having done.
