Testing for Designers and Engineers

Does anyone have a resource for testing designers of their skill level, I am looking for models and drawingsthat designers can be tested on at a basic, intermediate, and advance skill level.

Take typical parts your company designs of various levels of complexity. Have the candidatemodel them and start a drawing of a simple one. Discuss the approachhe or she would have withmore complex ones (most likely this would take to long for a skills test.)
