I am wondering if anybody knows of a existing test method (ASTM, etc.) for Tensile Testing of Polymer Tubing? Any information that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

Try ASTM D876, Section 22-24. "Standard test methods for Non-rigid Vinyl Chloride Polymer Tubing used for Electrical insulation"
