Well, I tried this over in the T.E. forum for over a week and got zip. So now I'm trying here.

I'm looking for a NCHRP 350- or MASH-certified temporary sign stand that uses bolted connections.

We have plenty of telespar tubing, so I was thinking of using this one, but our shop welder can't weld the galvanized tubing.

Thanks!

Maybe the tyranny of Murphy is the penalty for hubris. -

Why can't your welder weld galvanized material? Just requires a little ventilation...not really a big deal.

If you go bolted only, then you'll need knee braces in each direction.
