Temporary shoring design - seismic loading

I saw a 2021 post by HOTBOXMAIL (I think?) stating that "No seismic requirements for temp shoring in LA", but it's closed to further discussion.

I want to know if this non-requirement is stated in the Building Code Code or anywhere else?

I am not licensed in California, but in the states where I work (PA, NJ, DE, MD, NY), temporary excavation support is not checked for seismic loading.
