Hi All,
Has anybody come across a book/reference where they discuss the rate of temperature increase observed when a bearing is run with little or no grease?
I mean, is there a way to get a ballpark of how quickly the temperature increases if one knows the rpm, the loads, etc?
Do you know of any published experiments/studies where bearings have been run with no lubrication, and overall temperature has been observed?
Thanks!
