Temperature range for B7/2H HDG fasteners

Hi,
Can anyone please advise me temperature range for B7/2H HDG fasteners, I have ambient temp. of -25 Deg C, so was worried if it can work at this low temperature.
Also if I use A320 L7, will there be huge cost impact.
