Anyone out there have experience with concrete columns used to support light-weight telescopes, and more importantly, some commonly used values for the natural frequencies of such columns?

I have not such experience, but the natural frequency you can get of a simple dynamic analysis, once you have a program able to perform it. All programs able to do dynamic earthquake analysis need the value and so have the tool within.
