I have a Telemechanique PLC with Analog and digital I/O, my question is regarding the analog inputs. Two of my analog inputs are coming from effector pressure sensors PN2224, 0 - 145 psi = 4-20mA. My problem is on the PLC input card of the tele processor, I am getting different analog values but on the actual effector switches there is a digital display and they are about the same pressure in which they should be. In the hardware configuration screen of the processor input card, you can change a value in the "offset" column which is defaulted to O. Also, I checked and I do have the correct values in the card configuration range of 0 - 145psi. Could there be a calibration setting on the effector switch to play with ?
