Hello,

I need an obsolete data sheet for the Telcom Semi voltage reference. Telcom was bought by MicroChip and they obsoleted the part. I need the specs so I can find a replacement. This needs to be low drift high accuracy part as it's part of the measurement circuit. I checked part miner with no luck. Does anyone have a pdf that they can send me?
