Tektronix Wavestar software

The Wavestar software that came with my (now dated) Tektronix TDS220 oscilloscope, which I hadn't ever used, won't install / run on my new computer.

It also doesn't include the specific TDS220 model in the drop-down list of supported instruments, when I install it on an old Win95 box.

Tektronix doesn't offer free upgrades, so I'm pretty much hosed unless I fork out $400 or so for a new software purchase.

Is there another option for uploading scope captures to my computer?

Turns out I was able to install it on my new computer in "Win95 compatibility" mode.

And I found a slightly newer version of WaveStar that included my TDS220 in the drop-down instrument list.

The upgrade was free for me. Its really just the demo and you enter your original key.

I think open choice software allows you to import to
word and excell , and maybe matlab.

Granted none of the software has been updated since 2004.
