Hello,
I am a Mfg. Eng. looking to solve a problem with spray paint buid-up on steel holders. The Paint is Baked Enamel. The parts are placed on the fixture and processed through a paint booth. The problem is that after a few weeks, the fixtures are pretty well coated with the overspray. Currently we sandblast the fixtures to remove the overspray, but this is too time consuming (500+ fixtures). I thought about the possiblity of a teflon coating on the fixtures, as I have seen this done elswhere, but i was unsure of the specific grade(?) of teflon, as well as a qualified vendor to process them. I would like to send just a few to try the theory.

All Comments Welcome!!
Thanks

I found 67 companies with the search: Coatings: Anti-Graffiti over at thomas register. Although I don't know about the heat aspect. I am sure these companies will have an answer.

Either Dow or Dupont (can't remember)sells a spectrum of teflon coatings which can be sprayed on and then cured. In my neck of the woods we have a company which specializes in applying these coatings:
