Our Polypropylene plant was commisioned in 1988 by Technimont of Italy (with EL-PASO personnel in attendance) using EL-PASO based technology . The cataylst that is been used for popylene polymerisation is FT-1 titanium based (third generation) catalyst manufactured by Himont ferrera of italy.
Our stock for this FT-1 catalyst was replenished in 1991 and presently we have some stock of the catalyst, we want to find out whether the stock we had since 1991 can still be used for polymerisation .
