Hi,

Teaching (instructing) Catia (or any other CAD) for beginners requires mandatory license?

If you run an institute ofcourse you will have to buy atleast one license. If you are doing it at your home then you don't have to.

Yes, you need. For faculties or schools there are educational licenses.
