TDS level after the ion-exchanger

hi all
all of you know about the basic ion-exchanger where the calcium and magnisum solids are replaced with the sodium solids.my question is does the TDS level increases or decreases after the basic ion-exchanger ??

Test before and after and tell us the result. If the intention is to have equipment toin place to lower TDs then regenerating should lower the TDs not rise it.
