I have a task in my project that involves three people, a Consultant, a Manager and a Director.
The task lasts for 40 days and requires the following levels of time from each of the above resources; Consultant 20 days, Manager 15 days and Director 5 days.
How should I best represent this in my project plan ?
Should I have one task and allocate it to the three resources (if so, how do I allocate 20, 15 and 5 days to each resource)
Should I have one task with three subtasks (in effect the same task maybe preceded by the resource’s title, and then allocate each resource to each of the three subtasks).
Advice and tips welcome. I am using MS Project 2007.
