Tap Indication transmision via IEC 60870-5-101

Hi,

I'm working on Substation Automation and Control for my company, and I have the following problem:


We need to send a 230KV/34.5KV transformer tap indication via IEC 60870-5-101 to the remote control center. The problem is how to normalize this data for the transmision.I`m using platform Siemens SICAM PAS 6.0 Station. The indication come from Siprotec 6MD63 bay unit and the data type is ST.
