Tap a pipe into a Sewage pond

Hi All!

Does anyone have any smart methods for tapping a pipe into a sewage pond while it is live. The pipe would need to penetrate the poly liner.

The pod needs to stay full while undertaking the task. Would need something like a coffer dam without damaging the liners.

Any idea is a good idea!
