Tank construction methodology

Hi. Need to prepare a water tank construction methodology, but don't know how to do. There are different tanks, the biggest is 940 M3 and the smallest is 160 M3. Can anyone please give some idea or tell me a good book. Thank you.

Make sure that it is the current issue though, to keep up with latest techniques.
