I need to insert into the Tank 13 program the earthquake values obtained according to the Eurocode or according to the local NTC2018 regulation (reported in the following images) in those accepted by the Tank 13 program tab below.
Can anyone help me?
I tried, but I always get much worse results than those obtained with another program for calculating pressure vessels.
I'm probably using inconsistent units.
