Tangent face mating

Hi,
how do I mate the face cone on the cylinder with the sphere and the hole of the sensor?
The sphere must tangent to the face cone and coaxial.
The sphere must tangent with the edge of the hole and coaxial.
I attach assembly and image.

That will be nice. We're moving to NX 7.5 as some point next year. Our company tries to upgrade every 2 versions but it ends up being at least 3 because we also use the CAM side and often the changes from version to version create a lot of headaches for our CNC programmers.
