Hey dudes,

I'm moving from SolidWorks to Catia these days and some drafting issues appeared:

1. How to turn on/off Tangent Edges?
2. Is it possible to switch to Tangent Edges Visible / Tangent Edges With Font / Tangent Edges Removed?

I tried to find it out many times and still don't get it...
I guess the answer is hidden on Options > Drafting > Views or maybe in the Porperties of the selected view.

I appreciate your support.

Hi,

You can hide the Tangent Edge in the properties window of respective view by unchecking the FILLETS option.

Congratulations on your move from SW to CATIA. To turn off the fillet edges in a drafting view, right click on the view frame of the drawing or on the view shown in the tree and select properties. Then un-select the fillet option, as sriram99 noted. To turn off the edges of a part or surface model, select the desired shading mode option. You can also choose whether to project the edges/boundaries of a model surface in a drafting view by selecting the option in the drawing view properties window.

Sorry for the late response.

It's a simple but an useful question for me. Now I saw it's a begineer's question as I still practicing every single day.
Anyway, thanks for your support!
