How can a consistent and mandatory row height be enforced on Inventor drawings with tables?
We have just upgraded dozens of computers to 2017 and some sort of bug has crept into Inventor that makes the existing table row height problem even worse.
When new drawings are generated from templates, the table row heights are changed.
Opening the template's own IDW file, the rows are the size that they are supposed to be.
Open a new drawing, and selecting the same template, when the new drawing is generated, the table is stretched vertically.
Autodesk has received complaints about their silly formula for setting table row heights for at least 10 years:
Now this new 2017 bug is scrambling table row heights even more, and Autodesk employees are saying, on their tech forum, it's the "user's fault". Nonsense!
Anyone find some workarounds for this?
