System Control -?rightness control with a Lamp ( URGENCY)

Hello ,we are a group of five and we are in the Mechanical Engineering Department .Third year.
We have some questions about a project we have in a System Control Subject. We have to design a controller that controls the brightness indoors were the lamp lights up when needed so as to keep stable the room brightness.

So we have problem here ,

--> Based on the natural of your system as well as the calculated parameters prescribed all necessary hardware that is needed to assemble the control and data acquisition system ( PC, sensors , actuators ,digital/analogue inputs/outputs ,data acquisition card e.t.c )

We calculate period T . (T = 3second )
