I NEED INFORMATION, I HAVE A SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR 1100 HP, 4160V, START WITH SOFTSTART SOLCON HRVN, AND EXCITER GEFRAN TPD32.

NEED PARAMETER NECESSARY FOR TPD CONFIGURATION.

Gentlemen, yesterday energizes one of the starters in the mine, the soft start works fine until the engine has 257 rpm without any problem.

when the bypass contactor enters starts maneuvering excitement, has a period of approximately 10 sec, when this time is finish time relay TD off, R3 and R4 FAILURE TO INDICATE system stops (exciter and soft start).

The engine does not have temperature sensor and encoder.

Looks to me as though Solcon built the entire package, did you try contacting them for help? They are very responsive people. The GEFRAN unit is basically just a Typact (ex Klockner Moeller) DC drive used as a digital DC power source for the excitation in Solcon's scheme. You could also contact GEFRAN, but they will not likely know much about how Solcon used the TPD32 in that system, they will only be able to hewlp you with programming the Typact itself.
