symbols error!

Hi guys,i have encountered an issue. The symble in my workspace indicates that i have checkouted the assembly in another workspace,but in fact i haven't done that.And i have checked other spaces, there isn't the assembly.So i think there must be other problems that caused this issue.


Now i can't make changes to the assembly, and i can't remove it .


So, would you please tell me why this happened?and how to deal with?
